At Find Your Feet, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are here to make the process as seamless as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items back in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
